Monday: Yoga Class
Tuesday: Blog Post@Coffee Shop? + Workout
Wednesday: @home Leg Strengthening Workout
Thursday: Hiking
Friday: Another workout/hiking?
Goal for the week: Commit to this. And Do it.... Get healthy. Mind, Body and Soul.
Hopefully this will help me clear my mind.
